Ingredients

    2 cups water
    6 cups chicken broth
    1 lb lean ground turkey, rooled into meatballs (small)
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    2 tbsp ginger, minced
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tsp chili flakes
    2 cups bok choy, shredded
    9 mushrooms, quarted
    1 cup snap peas, cut into thirds
    2 cups bean sprouts
    1 carrot, shredded
    juice of 1 lime

Directions

Bring liquid to boil, add turkey meatballs, celery, ginger, soy sauce, and chili fakes and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the remainder of the ingedients and simmer 30 minutes. Serve
