Introduction

Throw these on the grill and add lots of veggies to your cookout! Throw these on the grill and add lots of veggies to your cookout!

Ingredients

    2 medium red potatoes (about 500 grams)
    1/4 small zucchini
    1/4 medium onion
    2 baby carrots
    1/4 green bell pepper
    4 grape tomatoes
    1/4 cup fresh sugar snap peas
    2 tsp extra light olive oil
    Greek seasoning
    Salt & pepper

Tips

Open the veggie pack carefully to avoid getting burned by the steam!


Directions

Chop all veggies into bite-size pieces & place in center of a large square of heavy duty foil.

Drizzle olive oil overtop of the veggies, sprinkle with Greek seasoning, salt & pepper to taste.

Place veggie pack on grill (around 350-400*) and cook for about 45 minutes or so, turning occasionally.

**This recipe makes a fairly large veggie pack that could be shared by two people. Nutritional information is calculated for one full veggie pack. When adding to nutrition tracker, make sure to adjust the serving size accordingly if sharing a veggie pack between two people!
