Ingredients

    2 lb pork shoulder/roast
    1.5 cups BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays original)
    10 ounces IBC rootbeer (drink the other 2 ounces!)
    seasoning to taste
    1/8-1/4 cup flour

Tips

Serve over brown rice or on a nice wheat roll for the most delicious pulled pork you have ever had!


Directions

plop everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 4 1/2 hours. Take meat out and shred. Put meat back in that delicious juice and sprinkle 1/8 cup to a 1/4 cup flour to thicken. Stir everything and let simmer for another 1.5-2 hours.
