Ingredients

    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 lb ground turkey
    1/4 c oats, ground
    1 small chopped sweet onion
    2 cans healthy request tomato soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine beef, turkey, oats, and onion. Form into meatballs. Cook in a pan until almost cooked through. Combine water and tomato soup and add to pan. Simmer until meatballs are fully cooked. Serve over mashed potatoes (not factored in nutritional information).

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
