Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups water
    1 bullion cube (any flavor, i prefer chicken)
    1 egg
    1 egg white

Tips

I use a small 4 cup pan and fill half way.
Recipe could be adjusted to use any flavor bullion.
I recommend 2 full eggs if your diet will allow. It makes a much meatier texture.
I can usually sip on it for a few hours!


Directions

Boil water until bullion cube disappears.
Remove from heat.
Scramble egg and egg whites in small bowl.
Pour eggs into boiling broth and continue to stir quickly and messily.
Add sliced green onions (growing in your windowseal, VERY EASY - pintrest it!)
Enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 2 cups of soup
