no salt added but you can id you want no salt added but you can id you want

Ingredients

    6 skinless boneless chicken thighs cut into cubes
    1 turkey thigh cubed
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1/4 cup of pc indian korma cooking sauce
    one clove garlic
    and crushed chillies to taste

Tips

turkey takes longer to cook than chicken so make turkey cubes smaller. because you are not using oil or butter do not trim fat from chicken


Directions

spray a sause pan with cooking spray
brown turkey then add chicken
blend garlic, korma and coconut milk
add to chicken/turkey
stiring frequently for first five minutes
then cover and let simmer for 20
