Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 C Crushed Ice, or 2.5 C regular cubes
    1/2 C skim milk
    4 TBSP sugar
    1 16 oz container strawberries, hulled and halved.

    Place all items into the blender, and blend until it is well mixed, and no large ice chunks.

    Pour into a container and place in freezer for 2 hours. 1/2 cup servings
    Can use any fruit that you would like, just adjust the calories.

    A great way to use over ripe bananas=)
