Ingredients




    2 large Hard Boiled Egg, chopped
    8 oz Portabella Mushrooms, chopped
    6 stalk Celery, diced
    4 oz Radish, Fresh, julienned
    2 sl. Yellow Onions, medium, diced
    1 Tbsp Litehouse freeze-dried Red Onions
    2 Tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat)
    2 Tbsp Kroger Green Onion Dip

Directions

boil eggs, cool, & chop eggs and veggies. Put all in salad bowl. Add mayo & dip. Mix thoroughly. Chill until ready to serve.
