Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1 very small apple, cored, peeled, and diced
    1 pinch of ground cloves--do not omit!
    1 cinnamon graham cracker board

Tips

I buy the 32 oz containers of vanilla yogurt as they are less expensive, and I can "flavor" them or liven them up anyway I want!


Directions

Measure the yogurt into your bowl. Dice the apple and toss it into the yogurt. Sprinkle on the ground cloves. Crumble the graham cracker over the top of it all. Mix it up, and enjoy! Tastes like apple pie!
