Ingredients

    1 cup AP flour
    3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs or 2 egg substitute
    1 cup banana, mashed
    1/2 cup applesauce

    Topping
    1/2 cup instant oatmeal
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp white sugar
    1 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients. Add together and mix well.
4. Pour into muffin tin.
5. Make topping by mixing ingredients together with fingers until crumbly texture is achieved. Divide among tops of muffins in tin.
5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
