Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 8 oz
    Carrots, raw, 3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long), sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 med, chopped
    Potato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.), cubed
    Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup (1Can) OW/water or milk, 10 oz
    Swanson Chicken Broth 100%fat free 33%less sodium, 21 oz(1 can)
    LIPTON RECIPE SECRETS BEEF Dry Mix Soup, 1 Env.

Directions

Pan sear pieces of steak before putting in crockpot.
Add cut vegetables.
Mix mushroom soup, dry soup mix, & broth together.
Pour over crockpot mixture.
Cook on high, 3 hours; then turn down to low for additional 4-6 hours till tender. (Depending on thickness of meat)
