Ingredients

    1/2- One Avocado Fruit, Diced
    1/2- One Red Pepper, Diced
    1- Celery Stalk, Diced
    1- Can Light Tuna
    2 T- Red Onions, Diced
    1/8 Cup - Nonfat Greek Yogurt
    1 T- Dijon or Honey Mustard
    1 tsp- Salt

Tips

*Any other vegetables or seasonings you like can be mixed in with the avocado, tuna, and greek yogurt
*Can be served as a wrap or over greens

Mix all ingredients in a bowl
