Ingredients

    1 entire can pink salmon
    1/4 cup carbalose flour (use any flour sub!)
    1/2 cup almond meal
    1/2 cup ground up pork rinds
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 heavy whipping cream
    garlic powder, parsley flakes, sea salt, lemon pepper

Tips

If you don't have carbalose flour, try vital wheat gluten or even ground flax meal.


Directions

Mix everything up in a bowl. Form into patties. Deep fry in oil of choice.
