Ingredients

One pound of lean ground beef
Half a yellow onion, chopped
Cooking spray
One 13 oz package of whole wheat elbow noodles
Half a cup of "I can't believe it's not butter spread"
One can of stewed tomatoes no salt added
"Salt and pepper" not required but recommended
You will need a medium sized frying pan, a pot to boil pasta in, and a big mixing bowl.
Tips
Cut up the big chunks of the stewed tomatoes, but don't forget to put the whole contents of the can into the dish. Also don't forget to add salt and pepper.
Directions
Put your pot of water on first when it is boiling add the pasta. In a medium sized frying pan spray a coating of nonstick cooking spray. Combine the chopped onions and the hamburger into the pan. Cook until the hamburger is cooked through and the onions are caramelized.
The pasta, and the hamburger onion mixture should be done cooking at about the same time.
Drain the pasta and put the pasta, hamburger onion mix, the half cup of butter spread, and the stewed tomatoes into a big mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients till the butter melts.
