    2 oz. cooked and diced chicken breast
    2 c. Romaine Lettuce clean and torn into bite sizes
    1/2 c. diced apples with skin on
    1 tbsp. onions diced
    1 celery stalk diced into bite size
    1 tbsp. almonds sliced

    2 tbsp. Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing Calorie Free

Directions

Dice all the ingredients except the almonds which you can buy sliced. Put into large serving bowl and toss with 2 tbsp. of any flavor Walden Farms Dressing which is calorie free, sugar free, fat free, carbohydrate free, and cholesterol free for the 2 tbsp.
