1 cup Kraft minute whole grain brown rice,
1 cup of onions, raw, chopped
2 cups of fresh mushrooms,
1 can tomato Soup,
Water, tap, 1 cup
225 grams about half a pound of extra lean ground turkey,

6 whole wheat dinner rolls,
6 pieces laughing cow french onion, 99 gram(s) one per each dinner roll.
Tips

Directions
Cut the bell pepper tops off and clean out the seeds. Wash the peppers.
Add your rice to the ground turkey
Cut your onions and mushrooms up and add them to the ground turkey and rice.
Next fill the peppers equally with all the uncooked ingredients.
Place all the bell peppers into slow cooker and then pour tomato soup and water over the peppers and cook for about 4 hours.
Enjoy this dish along with whole wheat rolls and laughing cow french onion cheese as the spread.
