    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)

Tips

Use frozen green bean [one 1 lb. bag] and onion flakes for ease of preparation.


Directions

Wash chicken breasts. Chop onion. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Fill pot with water. Turn to low for 6-8 hours cooking, high for faster cooking.
