Introduction

This is a recipe I came up with just browsing through my pantry one night. Its a favorite in my house, even with my picky eaters!!! :) This is a recipe I came up with just browsing through my pantry one night. Its a favorite in my house, even with my picky eaters!!! :)

Ingredients

    6 bone in skin on chicken legs
    1 cup favorite bottled bbq sauce
    2 chipoltle peppers in adobo sauce diced
    1 can wholeberry cranberry sauce
    4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp liquid smoke

Tips

I serve this with salad and rice a roni for a complete meal. Makes good quesadillas too if you have leftovers. You can always replace with chicken thighs as well. I have on several occasions.


Directions

Combine bbq sauce, chipoltle peppers, cranberry sauce, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke in the insert in your crockpot. Add in 6 chicken legs and coat with sauce. Cook on high for 3- 3.5 hours, or until chicken is completely cooked.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings, two legs each
