Ingredients

    2 Cups Brown Rice
    2 TBS Oil
    2 TBS Butter
    Salt to taste
    3 Cups Chicken Broth

Directions

Boil chicken broth. Add vegetable oil and rice. Let simmer for about twenty mins or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Add butter and salt to taste.
