Introduction

I hate kale. Hate hate hate it! But this smoothie is fantastic and lets me have the wonderful vitamins and nutrients from kale without even tasting it! I hate kale. Hate hate hate it! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup orange juice
    .25 cup milk
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 small ripe banana
    1 cup (or more) kale (I use baby kale)
    Squeeze of honey if desired. (Doesn't necessarily need it as the orange juice sweetens it nicely)

Tips

This makes 1 large serving which is good for me for before kickboxing, or you can divide and share with your kids! (Which I often do. My girls love this!)


Directions

Add to blender and blend until nice and smooth. Watch the kale disappear!
