Ingredients

1 package of Duncan Hines Red Velvet Moist cake mix -dry
3 Large eggs
1 1/2 C of water
1/3 C of sweetened applesauce
Optional:
Kroger Canola Oil Cooking Spray
Cool Whip Cream Cheese Frosting
Tips
Using the cooking spray will make your cupcakes peel away from the liners easily when you eat them. (Kroger's Canola oil cooking spray has no calories!)
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray each cupcake hole in the pan with cooking spray -1/4 of a second each.
Put liners in the cupcake pan.
Blend cake mix, water, applesauce and eggs in a large bowl at low speed for about 30 seconds.
Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Fill each liner half full with batter.
Bake for 17-19 minutes.
Cool completely before frosting.
Frost only what you want to eat. (This helps me with portion control.)
If you want to frost all of them; you'll have to store them in the refrigerator.
