Ingredients

    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    4 ounces cream cheese, very soft
    4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 green onions, chopped
    salt and pepper, to taste
    3 pieces bacon, crisp



Directions

Directions:

1 Preheat oven to 350º.
2 Cook the broccoli until just tender; drain very well.
3 Put in a greased 2-quart casserole.
4 Mix in the cream cheese, cheddar, green onion, salt, pepper and bacon.
5 Bake for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly.

    Incredible!
    We love this recipe even though I changed it up a bit. I steamed the broccoli and sautéed the onions in about 2 tablespoons of butter just until tender but not brown, Then I added the cheeses and stirred until it all melted and blended. Then I added the broccoli and mixed it together. Omitted bacon. - 6/7/16
