1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Gallon Plastic Bag
Tips
Preheat and Bake 400 for 30-40 minutes.
Flip once half way through cooking process.
Directions
Cut up wings and remove tips, rinse and completely pat dry with towel.
Mix ingredients and use a plastic bag. Shake well to coat evenly.
Place on a sheet pan and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
