Ingredients

    2 - 3-4 oz pork chops
    1 medium fresh yam
    1 apple
    Maple syrup

Tips

I've done this on Sunday and it cooked just right while we were at church.


Directions

Peel yam and cut into chunks. Put in bottom of crockpot. Cut apple into slices. Add to crockpot.
Place pork chops on top. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with syrup.
Cook on low about 4 hours
