Introduction

Something I thought I'd create after great success with chicken and pork chops done in the same sauce. Something I thought I'd create after great success with chicken and pork chops done in the same sauce.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
    1 can Campbells French Onion Soup
    1 6oz container non fat plain greek yogurt
    seasonings to taste

Directions

Mix ground beef, egg and seasonings. Form meatballs a little larger than golf ball size.
Mix soups and yogurt together. Pour half the soup mixture in the bottom of a crockpot. Place meatballs on top and cover with remaining soup mixture.
Cook on low for 6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 meatballs about golf ball size, little bigger - 3 per serving
