Introduction

Ingredients

    1 mango, diced
    1 nectarine, diced
    1 peach, diced
    1 cup fozen raspberries, thawed
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    zest of one orange
    1 TBS Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 TBS Agave nectar
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

Tips

We use this as ice cream topping for sundaes with slivered almonds.


Directions

In a saucepan, mix water, orange zest, Splenda, and Agave nectar until well mixed. Over medium heat, mix in dried cranberries, stir for about 1 minute until they begin to plump. Add nectarine, mango, and peach. Stir for 5 minutes until warmed through. Add thawed raspberries with juice. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes until all fruit is soft and has made a sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
