Ingredients

    For Taco seasoning (will make more than you need for this meal):
    1/2 cup chili powder
    1/4 cup onion powder
    1/8 cup ground cumin
    1 tbls garlic powder
    1 tbls paprika
    1 tbls sea salt

    1/2 lb lean ground turkey
    1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    1/2 tomato
    1/2 avocado
    1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/2 cup salsa (any kind)
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
    1 serving size each (16 chips) Tostitos Baked Scoop Tortilla chips

Tips

Eat immediately to avoid soggy chips.


Directions

Brown ground turkey until no longer pink.
In a small tupper combine seasonings, close top and shake vigorously. Add about 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture to cooked turkey and let simmer.
Heat black beans and corn in separate pots.
Wash and cut vegetables to desired size.
Place chips on a plate and layer ingredients on top.
