Ingredients

    1 12.5 Oz can of tuna (in water) drained
    1/2 cup of diced celery
    1/2 of a small onion, diced
    pepper (to taste)
    2 tbs Lite Marazetti Slaw Dressing
    2 tbs Lite Mayo or Miricle Whip
    Kangaroo Pockets (whole wheat is best!)
    Lettuce, Tomato, Sprouts (optional sandwich garnish)

Directions

Open and drain tuna
Dice celery and onion
place all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly... best if made the day before hand so flavors can meld.

Serve in whole wheat pita pockets and garnish with extra veggies if desired.
