    Good
Combine all the dry ingredients first, then add wet. For those trying this the first time for a replacement for regular flour pancakes, this will not be an exact match. It is denser. Still good, but it reminds me more of the old corn bread cakes one would make on a griddle than regular pancakes. - 9/3/15
