Ingredients

    2 Bananas mashed
    1/2 c peanut butter
    1/2 unsweetened applesauce
    1/3 c unsalted sunflower seeds
    3/4 c dried cranberries
    2 c oatmeal
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon

    Mix ingredients and pour into 8 x 8 pan
    lightly drizzle Honey on top

    Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes



Directions

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
cool 5 minutes and slice into bars
Let cool until cold
