Number of Servings: 8


    Ground Turkey, buffalo or lean beef
    Carrots, 2 large, chopped
    Onion, 1/2 large,chopped
    Vegetarian baked beans in tomato sauce, 1 can
    Bbetter than Boullion, beef, 2 tablespoons
    Green peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Water, 5 cups
    Ketchup, 1 Tablespoons
    Worcestershire sauce, two shakes
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Best served over mashed potatoes. Great as a leftover meal.


Brown the ground meat, drain. Add the chopped carrot and onion and cover with water. Simmer 20 minutes. Add the vegetarian baked beans, green peas, ketchup and worcestershire sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 8 generous 1-cup-servings
