Ingredients

    2 cups of Nutri blend Flour
    0.5 tsp of Salt
    2 tbsp of sugar
    5 Eggs
    3 cups of natura soy enriched unsweetened soy milk
    3 tsp of vanilla extract
    2 tbsp of canola oil

Tips

You can divide that recipe by 2 for smaller batch, you can freeze the pancakes and reheat them in the skillet for fast breakfast. These are kids size pancakes, small so they can enjoy more than one (adults too)


Directions

Put 2 tbsp of mix on a hot skillet, roud it or expand it with the spoon. Let it cook a bit until you can flip it. Cook the other side as desired and Voila! Enjoy ;o)
