Ingredients

    1 14 oz can refried black beans
    6 to 8 oz veggie chicken or beef, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 14 oz can seasoned black bean (can use regular can of black beans, but drain and rinse the beans and add a little extra broth or water to make up for the drained liquid)
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, with juice
    1/2 - 1 onion, chopped
    1/2 - 1 red bell pepper (yellow, orange or green is fine), chopped
    1 to 2 cloves minced garlic
    1 4 oz can green chili peppers
    1 to 2 cups vegetable broth or water

Tips

This is highly adaptable, use a different kind of bean, add in different veggies, include rice or pasta!


Directions

Add all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
