Ingredients

    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can White Corn
    1 Can Black-eye Peas
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Yellow Pepper
    1 small red onion

    Rinse and drain all of the canned ingredients. Cut peppers and onions into small chunks.

    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp salt

    Bring to a oil in a small sauce pan. Let cool and then pour over bean mixture.
    Refrigerate at least one hour, but is best overnight.
