Ingredients

1 cup regular oats
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup baked, mashed sweet potato
2 tbsp honey
4 egg whites
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Tips
I don't think the protein powder is a "must have" ... if you don't have any, perhaps bump up the cocoa AND the honey by about a teaspoon each.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Stir dry ingredient into wet just until mixed thoroughly. Add chocolate chips and mix in.
Bake 20 minutes
