Introduction

Ingredients

2 boxes (26.5 ounces) of whole grain rotini pasta
1 cup raw brocoli
2 cups frozen baby pease
1/2 cup yellow tomatoes
5 cups cheddar cheese (40 ounces)
2 tsp dried parsley
4 small chicken breasts (16 ounces)
1 tsp salt
corn flakes crushed up for bread crumbs
2 cups milk
3tbsp butter
(2cups pasta to 1 1/4 cup cheese)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350degrees.
Cut brocoli into small pieces, cut tomatoes into small pieces, thaw peas.
Saute chicken in a pan until only slightly pink. Cut into small pieces.
Boil large pot of water, add 2 boxes pasta when boiling and salt, take pasta off the stove when al dente.
In a sauce pan on low mix 2 cups milk with cheese and 3 tbsp butter, add parsley and pepper. Add flour to thicken.
In a baking dish, dump pasta after pasta is rinsed, add chicken. Once sauce is done, pour sauce on top and add vegetables and mix.
Cook in oven until done.
