Although you wouldn't think of fish and alfredo sauce as a good combination, this recipe is AMAZING, easy, and fits in with healthy eating. Ingredients

(2) 4 oz Cod or other Whitefish Filets
(2) Tbs EVOO
Tony Chacheres Creole Seasoning to taste
1/4 c light alfredo sauce
Directions
Drizzle EVOO into a hot skillet.
Add fish and sprinkle seasoning on to taste (I use quite a bit, it's spicy, but not really hot)
Cook 3 min per side.
Warm alfredo sauce in microwave and pour over fish just before serving.
Serving Size: 1- 4 oz filet and 1/8 c alfredo sauce
