Ingredients

    (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value), 8 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, .5 fl oz
    Lime Juice, .25 fl oz
    Rosemary, 1 tsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .0125 cup, strips

Directions

Mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon and lime juice in a non-reactive bowl or plastic dish. Chop all the vegetables. Pour in vegetables and stir together. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors. Refridgerate and serve as needed.
