Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup granulated sugar (I use turbinado)
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 cups unsweetened almond milk
    11/2 tsp vanilla

Tips

Use whatever sweetener and milk you'd like. It's very sweet, so you can use 1/2 cup of sugar if you don't want it quite so sweet.


Directions

Mix sugar, cornstarch, almond milk, and cocoa in a medium pan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Stir and continue to cook until pudding thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Put into four dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least two hours.
