    Bell Pepper
    Onion
    tomato Paste
    garlic
    salt

Tips

Better tasting (though not as healthy) if mixed with a small amount of ground beef


Directions

Brown Ground Vension with Bell Pepper and Onions.
Add tomato Paste, garlic and salt with about 4 glasses of water Mix and boil on Medium for 40 minutes (add water as needed). Allow to cool 5 minutes.
