    Bush's, Black Beans, 1.5 cup (1 can)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.5 tsp

    Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Pour both cans of beans in microwavable container. Heat for 3.5 minutes, then mash beans up or puree slightly with whatever you have. Then add remainder of ingredients and stir.
