Ingredients

    2 tbspn of fat free plain greek yogurt
    1 tbspn lime juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 green onions (green parts included) chopped
    1/4 cup of cilantro, chopped fine
    1/2 cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
    1 small to medium avocado



Tips

This is a great way to use up leftover rotisserie chicken. Because of the avocado, this does not last very long. I have had it the next day for lunch, but not much past that (that's if there is any left over anyways).


Directions

Mix fat free yogurt, lime juice and garlic clove in medium bowl. Add green onions and cilantro. Mix well. Gently fold in avocado. Serve immediately.
