4 cut up frozen chicken breasts
2 stalks broccoli cut up
1 cup frozen corn
1.25 cup brown rice (cook as directed)
4 oz italian dressing
10 ritz roasted veggie crackers
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
put chicken on bottom of 13x9x2 pan
put veggies on top
then add dressing
pour rice over top
cook 60 min at 350, then pull out stir,
spring crushed crackers & mozzarella on top put back in oven for 5 min to melt cheese on top
