Introduction
Chia seeds, when rehydrated with hot water form a jelly-type consistency. Ingredients

Chia Seed - 40 grams (remove)
Boiling water, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Propel Fitness Water, Grape, for 12 oz.
Tips
You can add any flavor of drink mix you like. Pomegranate, cherry, and fruit punch flavors work well too.
Directions
Start the water boiling in a tea kettle. Measure out the chia seeds. Mix the boiled water into the chia, and stir.
As it cools and thickens, you can add the Propel grape flavor.
Stir until thick and cooled, then spread on scones or whatever you like.
Serving Size: 4 1/4c portions for spreading on scones
