    12 C Tomatoes w/skin ~ Chopped
    2 C Fresh mushrooms ~ Sliced
    1 1/2 C Green Bell Pepper ~ Chopped
    2 C Onion ~ Chopped
    1 C Celery ~ Chopped
    6 Cloves Garlic ~ Minced
    2 TBSP Basil ~ Ground
    1 TBSP Oregano ~ Ground
    1LB Ground Turkey
    Salt & Pepper to tast
    1 tsp Hot pepper seeds if desired


Chop tomtoes and put into large stock pot on med heat. Once they cook down add Muchrooms, Bell Pepper, Onion, Celery ,Garlic, Basil, Oregno, red pepper seeds (if desired) and salt & pepper to taste.
Continue simmering to cook down all vagatables.
In a skillet brown the trukey and add to the stock pot. Continue to cook on low heat to meld the flavors together. Serve and Enjoy ~ Don't forget the French bread with Garlic Butter! Yummm
