Crunchy, tangy, and just a little spicy. Crunchy, tangy, and just a little spicy.
Number of Servings: 4


    2 cups green cabbage, chopped
    2 cups red cabbage, chopped
    1/2 cup finely sliced onion
    1/2 cup carrots, grated or finely sliced
    juice of 1/2 lime
    2 teaspoons sesame oil
    2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion and carrot. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well.
