Ingredients

    2 # ground beef, lean
    1/4 c carrot, diced
    1/2 c onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, diced
    1 egg
    1/2 c evaporated milk
    1.5 T French's brown mustard
    1/2 c shredded cheese

Tips

Can add any vegetables inside the meatball.
Serve on noodles, sandwich roll, or on a bed of lettuce.


Directions


Preheat oven 350*.
Sweat onions, garlic, and carrots. Set aside to cool.
Mix all other ingredients well in a medium size bowl. Add vegetables and mix well.
Shape into palm-sized meatballs and place in greased muffin tin.

Bake for 20 minutes until reached 150* internal temperature.
