    Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Potato, raw, 1 large grated
    skim milk, .5 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.25 tsp
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 4 tbs

Mix first 5 ingredients
add spices
heat oil in pan
make patties
pan fry
