Ingredients

3 large baking potatoes
6 oz Velveeta 2%, diced
6 oz bag of Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken Breast Strips
1/4 cup of Miracle Whip
1 bag of frozen broccoli, cooked
Tips
This could be a full meal, or a side item if you cut the baked potatoes in half lenth wise and split the sauce up between all potatoes.
Directions
Bake potatoes in oven or microwave until softened.
In pot cook broccoli until slightly softened, drain.
In pan heat Miracle whip over medium heat. Add chicken and broccoli and saute until all ingredients are warm. Add diced cheese and stir until melted.
Cut slit into top of potato and use a fork to soften the inside of the potato. Top with 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
Serving Size: Makes 3 large potatoes
