Introduction

1 lb. each Ground sirloin & ground turkey & 1 can each dark red kidney beans & Great Northern beans. 1 lb. each Ground sirloin & ground turkey & 1 can each dark red kidney beans & Great Northern beans.

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 lg. onion (1 c.)
    1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
    2 medium stalks celery, sliced (about 1 c.)
    2-3 Tbl. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce (optional)
    1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained rinsed
    1 can (15 oz.) white beans, drained & rinsed

Directions

Brown the meats and onion. Chop the vegetables. Mix together in Crock Pot and cook on low 5-6 hours. Or brown the meat, onion & garlic in a large frying pan. Add chopped vegetables & simmer for 1 hour. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
